THE BUILDING
With some ??? square feet o space, the Balboa Building, the largest privately-owned commercial building in the city of Santa Barbara. The building offers offices and retail space with high ceilings, panoramic views of the ocean and mountains, and modern fire detection and extensive earthquake reinforcement. We have onsite management and maintenance staff able to respond immediately to service calls.

The Entrance Hall features Art Deco inspired elevators, a hanging replica of an early plane and a wrought iron pig made of nuts and bolts.
6th floor conference room
The 6th Floor has a Conference Room that seats 8, and access to a terrace with one of the best panoramic views of the Santa Barbara Riviera and ocean.

MANAGEMENT
The Balboa Building has been owned and managed by the Robertson Family Partnership for some thirty years.
HISTORY
Built in 1923, this grand Art Deco building was home to the Bank of Italy. ... There are even remnants of a speak-easy in the basement.
